Qualifications

2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B or SaaS.
Proven ability to meet outreach quotas.
Strong written communication and personalization skills.
Experience with outbound platforms: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
Proficient with Salesforce and pipeline management.
Gritty, curious, and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
