Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative on calls with clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing campaigns, testing creative, and reporting on 90-day and quarterly roadmaps. Collaboration with US/Canada/SA teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, with numbers explained on calls.
• Account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
