Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 4-6 years of experience in mechanical design and CAD modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop intricate 3D CAD models and detailed 2D drawings for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams in a virtual environment to meet design requirements.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and participate in DFA reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues with clear documentation.
• Research and evaluate new materials and manufacturing technologies to enhance designs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
