Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Marketing Analytics Lead to join their fully remote team, driving data-informed decisions and optimizing marketing performance across all channels.

You will develop analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting processes, mentor analysts, and translate complex data into clear insights for executive leadership, with a strong emphasis on ROI and strategic marketing investments in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5–7 years in marketing analytics with leadership experience.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing analytics framework, including data collection, processing, and reporting.
• Design, build, and manage interactive dashboards and reports that track key marketing KPIs across all channels.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for marketing leadership and other stakeholders.
• Develop predictive models and forecasts for marketing performance and ROI.
• Oversee the implementation and utilization of analytics tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment of reporting standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts within the marketing team.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in marketing analytics, data science, and visualization techniques.
