Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing process development and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing process development and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable process improvements.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with various manufacturing technologies and production systems.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of the Limpopo region's manufacturing sector is not essential but could be beneficial.
