Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of operations management principles and business process modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different operational units.
• Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize current and proposed operational flows.
• Formulate data-driven recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements.
