Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong focus on process improvement.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in operational analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills suitable for a virtual environment.

Responsibilities
