Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or a strategic advisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead projects and achieve client objectives remotely.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools, virtual collaboration platforms, and PM software.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex consulting projects, from diagnosis to implementation, remotely.
• Develop strategic recommendations tailored to client needs and market conditions.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in a remote setting.
• Mentor and guide junior remote team members, fostering collaboration.
