You will collaborate remotely to design optimized workflows, document SOPs, and present data‑driven recommendations for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with process mapping software and project management tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships remotely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
