Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in management accounting, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to operate independently in a remote setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA/CA(SA) preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting principles, financial modeling and data analysis.

Mansioni

• Develop, manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare detailed management reports, financial analyses and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets/forecasts and identify root causes.
• Manage cost accounting functions including product costing and inventory valuation.
• Support strategic planning with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used in decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
• Act as liaison between finance and operational teams.
