Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Management Accountant for a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will provide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and robust management reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with department heads, and ensure data integrity while driving improvement. The ideal candidate has 4+ years' experience, professional qualification, and strong Excel and ERP/BI skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CA(SA) preferred).
• Minimum 4 years in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP and BI tools.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop budgets and forecasts with department heads.
• Provide insightful financial commentary for decisions.
• Design and refine management reporting tools and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior management.
• Support financial models for new initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity in management accounting systems.
• Assist audits with relevant information.
• Identify process improvements and drive implementation.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.
