Job summary

Assist World, a growing luxury jewelry brand, seeks a creative, commercially minded Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to own its digital presence. You will blend creative content, social media, graphic design, and Shopify management to grow online sales and brand awareness.

Work closely with the owner to optimize product pages for SEO, manage emails and campaigns, and coordinate with external developers as needed. A luxury branding background is preferred; this is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a similar role.
• Strong experience working with Shopify.
• Excellent understanding of social media management and content creation.
• Strong graphic design skills, particularly using Canva and/or Photoshop.
• Understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.
• Experience with email marketing and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Create engaging, high-quality social media content that reflects a luxury jewelry brand.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns to showcase jewelry both digitally and physically.
• Design social media graphics, promotional materials, flyers, and other assets.
• Help develop and execute a broader social media strategy.
• Support management and optimization of social media advertising and online campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the Shopify e-commerce website.
• Add and update products, SKUs, images, descriptions, pricing, and other product information.
• Ensure product pages are accurate, polished, and aligned with the brand.
• Optimize product pages and website content for SEO.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase online sales.
• Help develop and scale the website as the business grows.
• Identify when external developers or specialists are required and coordinate those projects.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Support the development of a broader online marketing strategy.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and e-commerce sales.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to how the business can showcase its products online.
• Work closely with the owner to turn ideas into practical marketing campaigns and initiatives.
