Placements24 is seeking a skilled Logistics Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our suite of WMS and TMS solutions in a fully remote setup. The role focuses on system configuration, user support, data integrity, and implementing enhancements to boost efficiency.

You will work with IT and vendors to upgrade features, document processes, and provide end-user training, ensuring seamless operations across the distributed team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with a focus on logistics or supply chain software.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Logistics Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their suite of logistics and supply chain software solutions for their fully remote operations. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless functioning of our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and other related platforms. You will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, and implementing enhancements to improve operational efficiency. This fully remote position requires strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain logistics software systems (WMS, TMS, etc.).
• Provide technical support and training to end-users across the organization.
