Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the logistics and dispatch teams.
• Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Assist in coordinating driver schedules and communicating route information.
• Generate standard reports on delivery status and performance metrics.
• Maintain organized digital records of all logistical documentation.
