Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a proactive Remote Logistics Planner to support the supply chain team. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize the movement of goods, ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery while managing inventory flow in a fully remote role.

You will work with carriers, suppliers and internal teams to schedule pickups, monitor progress, and report on performance. A Bachelor's in Logistics or related field and at least 2 years in logistics planning are required; strong

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics planning or coordination.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute logistics plans for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.
