Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Logistics Coordinator & Dispatcher to oversee a national fleet across South Africa. You will coordinate dispatches, monitor real-time progress, and optimize routes while serving as the main contact for drivers and clients from a home office.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, remote environment, with a focus on efficient, on-time deliveries and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or a similar operational role.
• Strong proficiency with logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles across the national network using logistics software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and support.
