Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the dispatch of drivers and vehicles across various operational zones.
• Utilise dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to monitor real-time vehicle locations and status.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support.
• Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that arise during transit, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery times, delays, and incidents.
