Placements24 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Dispatch and Logistics Officer to manage logistics operations from a home office. You will coordinate delivery schedules, track shipments, and ensure clear communication between drivers, clients, and the operations team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily dispatch schedules for a fleet of delivery vehicles.
• Monitor the real-time location and status of all ongoing deliveries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support and updates.
• Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of all logistical activities and shipments.
• Identify and implement improvements to dispatch and routing efficiency.
