Proven experience as a Dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or similar operational role.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily deliveries with optimal route planning.
Monitor shipment progress using GPS tracking and dispatch software; provide real-time updates.
Respond to driver inquiries and emergencies with effective solutions.
Maintain records of dispatched orders and delivery statuses.
