Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational discrepancies related to transportation and delivery.
• Update shipment statuses and customer information in the company's logistics management system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges.
• Proactively identify potential issues and communicate solutions or updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company products, services, and logistics procedures.
