Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipments, negotiate rates, and monitor real-time status from a home office. This remote role collaborates with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize routes, control costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in logistics coordination, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of logistics coordination experience.
• Experience with TMS and ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of transportation modes and international trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end shipments from planning to tracking.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and book shipments.
• Monitor real-time status and update stakeholders.
• Optimize routes for cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze logistics data to identify improvements.
