• Proficient with transportation management systems (TMS) and route optimization software.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in standard office software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet and home office setup.
• Experience in fully remote role advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries for a fleet of drivers across various geographical areas.
• Optimize routes using logistics software to enhance efficiency and reduce transit times.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing necessary information and support throughout shifts.
• Monitor delivery progress in real-time, addressing issues or delays proactively.
• Liaise with clients to confirm delivery details, address inquiries, and resolve logistical concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs and confirmations.
• Prepare reports on delivery performance, efficiency metrics, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
• Manage communication channels (email, phone, messaging apps) to maintain operational flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical problems remotely to ensure smooth operations.
