Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Logistics Coordinator to join their global supply chain team. This role focuses on optimizing transportation logistics, real-time monitoring, and cost reduction across international and domestic networks from a home office.

You will leverage TMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), analyze data, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in logistics software, TMS, and ERP (SAP/Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation logistics including carrier selection and tracking.
• Monitor movement of goods and proactively resolve delays.
• Use logistics software to optimize routes and reduce costs.
• Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and partners.
• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop relationships with transportation providers for rates.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and documentation.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and KPIs.
• Assist in developing and implementing new logistics strategies.
• Support broader supply chain team as needed.
