Qualifications

• Previous administrative or coordination experience, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in using office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office) and logistics management platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to launt effectively with diverse parties.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping orders, prepare necessary documentation, and schedule transportation.
• Track shipments, update records, and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve logistical issues and answer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate electronic filing systems for all logistics-related documents.
• Assist in managing inventory records and coordinating stock movements as needed.
• Generate reports on logistics activities, performance metrics, and costs.
