Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logistics documentation, including shipping manifests and tracking information.
• Process shipping and receiving orders, ensuring details are accurately entered into the system.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues.
• Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other documentation.
• Assist in coordinating transportation arrangements and tracking shipments.
• Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics information in a timely manner.
