The role requires experience across Lodge Operations, Guest Relations, Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping, with strong leadership and reporting skills. A willingness to live on-site in a remote setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Luxury lodge or five-star hospitality experience required.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to create memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Lead and motivate lodge staff through a hands-on management style.
• Oversee Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and F&B operations.
• Assist with lodge administration, reporting and operational planning.
• Maintain presentation and service standards throughout the lodge.
• Handle guest requests and resolve challenges professionally.
• Support and develop team members through coaching and leadership.
• Build lasting relationships with guests, colleagues and travel partners.
