White Hat Gaming is seeking a Licensing Officer to join the Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Licensing team. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Legal Counsel and focuses on licensing matters across jurisdictions.

You will support licence applications/renewals, manage registries and respond to due diligence requests while keeping up-to-date with regulatory requirements and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in licensing or supporting licence applications in iGaming.
• Strong due diligence and regulatory record keeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing assistance on licence applications and renewals.
• Maintain records, portals and licence registers, and generate reports.
• liaise with internal senior management and external lawyers to meet requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and notify the team of impacts.
