Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, corporate law, or regulatory affairs.
• Demonstrated expertise in South African and relevant international regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and audit procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and compliance management software.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of managing workload independently in a remote setting.
