Job summary

White Hat Gaming is seeking a motivated Compliance Analyst to join its Regulatory Compliance team, supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated iGaming environment. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Compliance Manager and focuses on maintaining licensing and regulatory obligations.

• Previous experience in a compliance-focused role within the regulated gambling industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit periodic regulatory reports and notifications to regulators.
• Collect, review, and validate data required for regulatory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Perform checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Prepare responses to routine regulatory and licensing requests.
• Keep internal compliance records, trackers, and registers up to date.
• Coordinate investigations of betting integrity matters across relevant teams.
• Monitor industry news and changes to regulatory requirements and update records.
• Support audits, reviews and other regulatory projects.
• Collaborate with teams across the business and perform general administrative and analytical tasks.
