Job summary

Betway Global, part of Super Group, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Officer to enforce online gambling regulations across multiple markets. You will monitor compliance programs, report findings, and maintain risk registers while supporting regulatory teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure policies are up-to-date and effective, and you will help manage audits and regulatory relationships in a dynamic, globally expanding operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance or monitoring role within the online gaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of remote and non-remote gambling regulations across jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, audits and regulatory deadlines.
• Experience engaging with regulatory bodies and interpreting regulatory requirements.
• Desirable: knowledge of sports betting markets, player behavior and customer retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain knowledge of online gambling legislation across multiple markets.
• Execute the compliance monitoring programme and maintain a risk register.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, information requests and consultations.
• Represent the business at conferences and workshops.
• Maintain/update compliance policies and procedures within annual review cycles.
• Manage internal and external audits and remediation actions to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams on compliance matters.
• Act as escalation point for regulatory compliance matters with clear guidance.
• Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager and Senior Officers to build regulatory expertise.
