Placements24 is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives across its national footprint, including Mpumalanga. This fully remote role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in waste reduction, quality improvement, and productivity gains.

You will run Kaizen events, map value streams, implement 5S, Kanban and SMED, mentor teams, and report KPI impacts. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred, with 5+ years in CI roles and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or CI roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing projects, Kaizen events and CI initiatives.
• Analyze processes to identify waste and efficiency gains.
• Develop standardized work procedures and best practices.
• Train and mentor staff on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Measure KPI impact of improvements and report findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful adoption of changes.
• Develop reports and presentations on project status and recommendations.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency.
