Job summary

Placements24 seeks a seasoned Senior Process Improvement Specialist to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across business and manufacturing processes. The role is fully remote, supporting operations with distributed teams and a strong focus on cost reduction and quality improvements.

The candidate will develop business cases, set KPIs, and coach teams through complex improvement programs from initiation to completion, requiring advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in process improvement, Lean or Six Sigma roles.
• Proven track record delivering significant process improvements.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder influence.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Analyze existing processes to identify optimization, waste reduction and cost savings.
• Develop and present business cases for proposed changes with plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive changes and adoption.
• Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of improvements.
• Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and techniques.
