Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing) or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proficiency with process-improvement tools including Visio or similar.
• Ability to work remotely and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven approaches.
• Design, develop, and implement lean and Six Sigma projects to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Utilize process mapping and value stream mapping to visualize and improve workflows.
• Collaborate remotely with on-site teams, engineers, and management to gather information and implement changes.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure impact of improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Document processes and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
• Facilitate remote training on lean principles and problem-solving for stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
