Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial engineering, process analysis and improvement.
• Proven remote work experience with strong self-management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process performance data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and document optimized processes and SOPs for virtual implementation.
• Lead virtual continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with teams via digital tools and platforms.
• Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards communicating findings.
