Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Lead UX Researcher to drive deep user understanding for leading e-commerce platforms. You will lead a team, design studies, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy.

This fully remote role requires 6+ years in UX research (2+ in leadership) and a strong track record influencing product decisions. Join a fast-paced digital environment and collaborate with product and data teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of UX research experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven track record influencing product strategy and design.
• Experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience researching for e-commerce or digital platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UX researchers.
• Define and execute a UX research strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan, design and conduct diverse studies (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
• Analyze data to identify user needs and pain points.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for product, design and eng teams.
• Develop personas and journey maps to communicate insights.
