Placements24 is recruiting a Lead Management Consultant in Digital Strategy for a fully remote role. You will guide digital transformations, lead senior client discussions, and shape robust digital roadmaps from a home office.

The position requires shaping strategy with executives and managing remote teams across industries. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in management consulting focused on digital strategy, with strong communication and remote leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on digital strategy, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Experience leading complex digital strategy projects and advising senior executives.
• Deep understanding of current digital technologies and trends (AI, Cloud, Big Data, IoT, CRM).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to lead remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive digital strategies for clients across industries.
• Advise senior leadership on digital trends and business implications.
• Oversee digital roadmaps including ecommerce, mobile, data analytics, and cloud adoption.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder sessions for collaboration.
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
• Mentor junior consultants working remotely on digital strategy engagements.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement expansion.
• Champion best practices in digital strategy and agile methodologies within the remote team.
