Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, incl. 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading remote engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript plus cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Deep understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Mentoring and developing engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor remote engineers across time zones.
• Define the technical roadmap, architecture decisions, and best practices.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
