Placements24 is partnering with a client to hire a Lead Renewable Energy Analyst in a fully remote role. You will evaluate the feasibility and performance of renewable energy projects, delivering strategic insights to guide investment and development decisions from your home office.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years in energy market analysis or renewable energy project development.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proven financial modeling experience.
In-depth knowledge of renewable energy sector including solar, wind, and storage; familiarity with policy/regulatory structures.

Responsibilities

Perform technical and economic analyses of renewable energy projects.
Develop financial models to assess viability, returns and risks.
Monitor energy market trends, regulatory changes and policy impacts.
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.
Collaborate with development, engineering and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in renewables.
