Qualifications

Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant with leadership abilities.
Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent remote communication, negotiation and client management.
Proficient with recruitment technology including ATS and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for diverse clients and roles.
Proactively develop new business opportunities and manage remote client portfolios.
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants virtually.
Ensure quality sourcing, screening and selection processes.
