You will lead a world‑class team, drive innovative solutions, and influence the technical direction from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive mechanical engineering R&D experience with emphasis on system design and analysis.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects.
• Proficiency with advanced design and simulation software (ANSYS, SolidWorks, COMSOL).
• Proven track record of innovation, with developed technologies or patents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of innovative mechanical systems for renewable energy applications.
• Conceptualize, design, and prototype new product ideas, from feasibility studies to proof-of-concept.
• Conduct advanced mechanical analysis including stress, thermal, and vibration using simulation tools.
• Oversee the technical direction of R&D projects and align with strategic goals and timelines.
• Mentor a team of R&D engineers and foster a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and materials teams.
