You will design and implement operational frameworks to support rapid growth, oversee automation opportunities, and drive scalability and efficiency across payments, lending, or trading processes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in operations strategy within financial services, excellent communication, and a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations strategy, business analysis, or a related role, with a strong focus on FinTech or financial services.
• Proven ability to develop and implement complex operational strategies.
• Deep understanding of operational processes within financial services, including payments, lending, or trading platforms.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and presentation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• This is a fully remote position, requiring strong self-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the company's overall operational strategy to support business objectives and growth.
• Analyze existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Research and propose new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational performance and automation.
• Create strategic roadmaps for operational improvements and oversee their implementation.
• Collaborate closely with leadership across departments (Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance) to align operational strategies.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare strategic recommendations and present findings to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in FinTech operations and strategy.
