This executive position requires a strong track record in scaling operations within technology or financial services and in overseeing budgets and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business, operations or a related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in global operations, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record scaling operations across multiple regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global operational strategies to support growth and service delivery.
• Oversee and manage all global operational functions including customer support and service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of operations managers and specialists.
• Implement and refine processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Drive KPIs for operational excellence and customer satisfaction globally.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align roadmaps with strategy.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation across global teams.
