Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in operations management within tech/software.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Proven leadership of remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable operational processes and infrastructure to support growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor a remote operations team of specialists and analysts.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to streamline workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and report insights to senior leadership.
