Somewhere is seeking a Lead Intake & Patient Care Sales Specialist to act as the first contact for prospective patients. You will manage rapid inbound lead responses, engage prospects via social media, and conduct structured phone intake calls to convert them into paid initial evaluations.

The role targets cash-based plans ranging from $2,000 to $15,000+ with a focus on high-ticket services. Remote work is possible from LATAM or South Africa, with CST alignment for US hours.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of proven B2C sales, intake, or appointment-setting experience handling high-ticket cash services.
• Native English skills with an articulate, persuasive phone presence.
• High emotional intelligence with consultative rapport-building to handle objections.
• Ability to manage daily outreach activity and CRM tasks independently.
• Willingness to align with US Central Time business hours, with occasional weekend monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Rapid speed-to-lead response to inbound leads within 5 minutes during business hours.
• Multi-channel workflows across social media, messages, and scheduled discovery calls.
• Conduct deep-discovery calls to uncover motivations and articulate cash-based value.
• Educate prospects on comprehensive plans from $2,000 to $15,000+ prior to evaluation.
• Manage deposits, payments, and CRM lead status in GoHighLevel/PTEverywhere.
• Support appointment scheduling to maximize provider capacity.
