Assist World is seeking a proactive Sales & Patient Coordinator to manage lead follow-up and appointment setting for our aesthetics clinic. You will respond to new inquiries, follow up by phone and other channels, and reactivate previous clients to keep the schedule full.

We value sales drive, clear communication, empathy, and independence. This 30-hour/week remote role offers $800–$1,100 monthly, with potential to move to full-time as the clinic grows, including some Saturday hours.

Qualificações

• Experience in medical or aesthetics environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience in appointment setting, sales development, lead follow-up, patient coordination, or medical reception is valuable.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus (Pabau).

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to new leads from advertising campaigns.
• Follow up with prospective patients via phone and other channels.
• Conduct reactivation campaigns with previous clients.
• Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional first contact.
• Build rapport and guide patients toward booking appointments.
• Manage and maintain the clinic's sales pipeline.
• Keep patient/lead information organized in the EMR system.
• Move inquiries through to scheduled appointments.
