You will mentor engineers, enforce security standards, and stay ahead of evolving threats while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong in designing security architectures for large‑scale environments.
• Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure) and secure DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise‑level security architecture and infrastructure.
• Oversee the management and optimization of security tools and technologies, including firewalls, WAFs, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
• Develop and enforce security engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Mentor and guide a team of security engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering professional growth.
• Drive the integration of security into the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps) to ensure secure application development.
• Conduct threat modeling and architectural reviews for new systems and applications.
• Manage and refine incident detection and response capabilities, ensuring rapid and effective mitigation.
• Automate security processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address security vulnerabilities and implement remediation plans.
• Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends, translating them into actionable security improvements.
