You will lead a team of engineers, set strategic direction for process improvements, and ensure scalable implementation of best practices across projects.

The role requires a Master's in Industrial Engineering (PhD a plus) and 10+ years in the field, with strong Lean and Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• Leadership or supervisory experience of remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Industrial Engineers, setting objectives and performance standards.
• Develop long-term strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee design, implementation, and validation of process improvements and upgrades.
• Facilitate virtual Lean/Six Sigma workshops and trainings.
