Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years' progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• At least 2 years in lead or supervisory role.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and PM methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in hybrid on-site/remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers in planning and executing process improvement projects.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic operational efficiency plans.
• Conduct advanced analysis of manufacturing and production systems to identify key areas for enhancement.
