Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Industrial Engineers , setting clear objectives and performance standards.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies for operational efficiency, process optimization, and cost reduction across the organization.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of complex process improvements and system upgrades.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions on Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders globally.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational performance and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage large-scale process improvement projects successfully.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior management and diverse teams virtually.
