Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. This role is remote within South Africa and full-time.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean records, and drive pipeline. At least two years in SDR/BDR or SaaS is expected, along with grit and coachability.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
